and daughter-in-laws wedding reception. From the
pre-reception planning meeting to the actual event Joan’s preparedness was unmatched to anything
I have experienced before. More than a DJ, Joan
was more like the receptions emcee, remembering
all the little things that make a wedding reception
so enjoyable and memorable. She skillfully
adjusted to last minute changes and requests,
and kept the music flowing and the dance floor
busy. And, she staged things out to keep an
even flow to the evening. Absolutely exceptional!!!
The wedding went off without a hitch. Joan thank you for all the help in the planning stages and keeping me organized. I couldn't have done it without you.

We wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We knew getting married in December was risky weather-wise and we want some snow on our day.
But we never imagined A BLIZZARD. Things were crazy prior to the ceremony and getting to the reception with the blizzard blowing outside. But walking into the Lounsbury House and seeing you standing there smiling at us was such a great site, you will never know. Dave kept asking me on our way to the reception do you think the DJ made it? We know you came a long long way in the middle of a blizzard for us. You played all the right songs kept everything smooth and everyone was dancing the whole night.
You were a calming force in a storm..........literally!

Right from letting my kids give you a list of requests before the party, to your own suggestions for great music, everything was perfect. I just wanted to again thank you for what a wonderful job you did yesterday. You truly made the party come alive. A number of people, including the catering hall club rep, commented that they have never seen a woman DJ do a Bar Mitzvah before. It is funny because that did not occur to me, I tend to like to do business with women because I know they are organized and great at multi-tasking. Everyone was so impressed with how you handled things and thought you made the party. Thanks again and if you ever need a Bar Mitzvah reference we would be happy to do so.
